I’m a freelance web designer and developer behind Black Fox Web Services, building WordPress websites for businesses and organisations of all shapes and sizes.
I don’t expect you to know the difference between website hosting, DNS, SEO, plugins or any of the other technical stuff that comes with running a website. That’s my job. I’ll explain what you need to know in plain English and give you an honest answer when something isn’t necessary.
I won’t over-promise that a new website will suddenly transform your business overnight.
What I can do is build you a professional, well-planned website that gives your business a much stronger foundation to work from.

I look out for my clients and promise to not upsell features that do not meet their budget or requirements.
This includes no hidden charges or surprise inflation-busting renewal prices.

I believe in being approachable and offer obtainable support. No question is too silly here. I’m not restrained by the 9-5, in the rare case that a website I maintain has a problem you can be sure that it will be my priority to resolve.
I have a self-imposed duty of care to ensure clients do not lose out on sales/enquiries needlessly and which is in my control.

I specifically support businesses in Norfolk & Suffolk for web design so that I can offer a personal service of site visits should it be necessary, as online video calls aren't for everyone!
